InstantLevelUp Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

 

Agreement

By signing up for the InstantLevelUp Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these terms (“Terms”). InstantLevelUp may update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of these changes.

 

Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to join.
• You must provide accurate information for the signup process, including full name and email address.
• Accounts are for individual use only; shared logins are prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
• Your participation in the Program must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws.

 

Affiliate Links & Promotion

• Upon signing up, you’ll receive a unique Affiliate Code. You are permitted to use this code in banners, links, and other promotional materials we provide.
• Proper use of the special links and codes is required to ensure accurate tracking and commission payments.
• You may not purchase products through your own affiliate links.

 

Commissions & Payment

• Referral fees are earned when customers click through your affiliate link and complete a purchase.
• Payments are made monthly, provided you have earned at least $20. If you do not meet this threshold, your balance will roll over to the next month.
• We reserve the right to disqualify commissions from fraudulent or illegal activities.

 

Use of Materials

• You may not make any false or misleading claims about InstantLevelUp or its products.
• You may not issue press releases or suggest a partnership with InstantLevelUp beyond what is expressly permitted.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable data privacy laws and disclose how customer data is collected and used.

 

Termination

• Either party can terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
• Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and promotional materials from your site.
• InstantLevelUp reserves the right to withhold commissions for any earnings generated through fraudulent activity.

 

Legal Compliance

• You must comply with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to data protection and email marketing laws.
• Disputes will be governed by Czech law, and the courts of Czech Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

Limitation of Liability

InstantLevelUp will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from this Agreement. Our total liability will not exceed the total referral fees paid to you.

 

Miscellaneous

• This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
• Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
